REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective product, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Send a photo and a brief description of the issue to our support team and we will review it and get back to you with an approval or rejection. If approved, a replacement will be shipped within 3 business days or a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few working days.
For orders lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
The following situations are not eligible for a refund or replacement:
Wrong address If an incorrect address was provided and the shipment is returned to our facility, reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Unclaimed packages If a shipment goes unclaimed and is returned, reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Change of mind We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse. If you wish to return a product, please contact us before sending anything back. Any returns or exchanges are handled at our discretion and any associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs rejection If a package is rejected by customs, we are unable to issue a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of import regulations and applicable customs fees in their country.
Order already in production If an order has already been prepared for fulfilment, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Undelivered FedEx shipments — If a FedEx shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, missing contact information, refusal to pay import duties, or any reason attributable to the recipient, the package may be abandoned or destroyed by the carrier. In this case we are unable to offer a refund, replacement or reshipment. Please note that to exercise any right to cancel under the EU 14-day cooling-off period, you must accept delivery of the goods. Failure to do so does not constitute a valid cancellation.
