Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Vellura Labs. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Order processing. Orders are processed and dispatched within [1–2] business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Where we ship from. All orders are shipped from within the United States.
Domestic shipping (United States). We offer free Standard shipping on all US orders, with Express available at checkout.

- Express: 1–3 business days
International shipping. We ship to many destinations worldwide, grouped into three zones: Zone 1 (Canada), Zone 2 (most of Western Europe and the UK), and Zone 3 (select countries across Europe, Asia, and Oceania). International rates are calculated by weight and destination at checkout. Estimated delivery is [7–14 business days] depending on your location and local customs processing.
Customs, duties & taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Vellura Labs has no control over these costs and cannot predict them.
Order tracking. A tracking link is emailed to you when your order ships so you can follow it to your door.
Incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, but contact us at support@velluralabs.com and we'll help where we can.
Lost, delayed, or damaged orders. If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, email us at support@velluralabs.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
Privacy Policy
Vellura Labs ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the practices described here.

Payment information. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments and other processors shown at checkout). We do not store or have access to your full card details.

How we use your information. We use your information to process and ship orders, provide customer support, send order updates, prevent fraud, improve our website, and — where you've agreed — send marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in our emails.
How we share your information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate, including: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, shipping and fulfillment partners, email/marketing tools, and analytics providers. We do not sell your personal information.

International data transfers. As we operate internationally, your information may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. We take steps to ensure your data is handled in line with this policy.
Children's privacy. Our products and site are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under [16].
